Terms of service

These terms explain how buying from sironafoods.com works. We have kept them as clear as we can. If anything is unclear, please write to us at hello@sironafoods.com.

1. About us

This website is run by Sirona Foods Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 772125), with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80. Our VAT number is IE4359980GH.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from us as a consumer. Please read them, together with our refund and returns, shipping and privacy policies, before you order. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

3. Your order

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. Our agreement with you begins when we send that email. If we can't accept your order, for example because a meal is no longer available or there has been a mistake with the price, we will tell you and make sure you are not charged.

4. Pre-orders

Before our first meals are ready, orders are taken as pre-orders. We take payment when you order, and the dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. If we expect a delay, we will let you know straight away and you can cancel for a full refund, or keep your order if you prefer.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Each meal is €19.99, or €45 for three. Delivery is charged as set out in our shipping policy and shown at checkout. We may change our prices, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. Payment is taken by card at checkout.

6. Order limits

We make our broths in small batches, so for now each order is limited to three meals.

7. About our meals

We describe our meals as accurately as we can. The full ingredients, allergens and nutrition information are on each product page and on the pack. If there is ever a difference between the two, the pack you receive is the one to follow. Photos show serving suggestions, so your meal may look a little different.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the ingredients and allergen information on the pack each time you buy, as recipes can change. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us before ordering.

8. Preparing your meal

Please follow the preparation instructions on the pack. Our meals are made with just-boiled water, so take care with hot liquids, and make sure children are supervised.

9. Health information

Our meals are food, not medicine. Anything on our website about nutrition is general information, and isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor or a qualified health professional. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle matter most of all. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition or taking medication, please check with your doctor if you have any questions about what you eat.

10. Cancellations, refunds and returns

Your rights to cancel and to a refund are set out in our refund and returns policy.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We sell to consumers for their own use, so we are not responsible for any business losses.

12. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control delays or prevents an order, such as severe weather or a postal disruption, we will let you know as soon as we can and do our best to keep any delay short. If the delay goes on, you can cancel and we will refund you in full.

13. Your privacy

We look after your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

14. Complaints and the law that applies

If you are unhappy with anything, please write to us at hello@sironafoods.com and we will do our best to put it right quickly. You can also find information about your rights from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and you can bring a claim in the Irish courts. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country and can also bring a claim in your local courts.
