The Sirona Promise
At Sirona Foods, our meals are made only from pure, natural wholefood ingredients, carefully chosen for their nutritional properties.
They’re also beautifully convenient: light, easy to carry, and ready in an instant. Simply mix the contents of a Sirona pouch with boiling water in a bowl, wait three minutes and until cool enough to eat, then enjoy.
Across the Sirona Foods range, you’ll find meals that are high in protein and low in fat and calories - all made entirely from natural ingredients, by people who believe that pure, wholefoods, truly are some of nature's best medicines.
Our vegan options are rich in fibre and contain bioactive phytonutrients, while our bone broth and wholegrain noodle dishes - made from Irish chicken and grass-fed beef - contain naturally-occurring collagen and essential minerals.
There are no artificial preservatives, no added sugars, and no seed oils in anything we make.
We’ll be launching soon with small, hand-crafted batches, made with care and intention in the West of Ireland.

All Our Meals Are Made to the Highest Clean-Label Standards
Made only with pure, natural, wholefoods
We use only pure, natural, wholefood ingredients - as close to the soil and the farm as you can get. Where we have minimally, naturally processed component ingredients, such as garums, they are made using natural, ancient fermentation methods.
No ultra-processed or artificial ingredients
We believe in the power and the importance of natural, nutrient-dense food, and we would never make something for you that we wouldn’t eat ourselves. We would never put an artificial ingredients into our cooking at home - so why would we do it for anyone else? What you’ll find in every Sirona Foods meal is pure, natural nutrition, all from only wholefood, clean ingredients. That is a promise to you, and to ourselves, that we will never break.
No chemical preservatives
There are no artificial preservatives or other chemical preservatives in our foods. The only way we preserve is through gentle dehydration methods, so all of the ingredients are as pure as when you buy them fresh in the produce aisle. Dehydration removes over 90% of the moisture, which is why our meals last such a long time.
No palm oil
Palm oil is neither good for the planet nor good for our bodies. We don't need it, and we don't add it.
No seed oils
There is reason to believe that seed oils - especially chemically derived ones - can cause a host of problems for our delicate biologies, from inflammation to oxidative stress. We don't see any reason to add them, and so we don't. The only fats in our products come from the natural fats found in meat and beans, and nothing else.
No added sugars
Sirona meals contain no added sugars. The only naturally-occurring sugars you'll find come from vegetables, such as carrots, tomatoes and bell peppers, or from the natural starch in our brown rice noodles. We don't add refined sugar of any kind, or any of its derivatives.
Dairy free
Although we enjoy dairy ourselves, we know that many people don't and can't digest lactose. Because of this, we craft all our recipes to be free from dairy, in any form. We do make our meals in a facility that handles dairy and all other allergens, however.
Gluten free
Our noodles are made with 100% brown rice flour, and there are no other grains in any of our recipes. Everything we make is fully gluten free, although we do cook in a facility that handles gluten.
Across the Sirona range, you'll find that our meals contain...
+ Lean, high-quality protein from Irish chicken, grass-fed beef animals, or beans (in our vegan meals)
+ Naturally-occurring collagen (in our beef and chicken meals)
+ Herbs & spices that are natural antioxidants
+ Essential minerals such as iron and zinc
Every Sirona meal is beautifully easy to prepare...
1. Pour the contents of your Sirona Foods pouch into a large bowl.
2. Add 450ml (two cups) of freshly boiled water, and stir thoroughly.
3. Let it sit for three minutes and until cool enough to eat.
4. When it’s cooled to your liking, enjoy slowly - with chopsticks, a spoon, or however feels good to you.
