Shipping policy

We send every order from Ireland with An Post, and we deliver to addresses in Ireland and across the European Union.

Delivery charges

We make our broths in small batches, so for now each order is limited to three meals. Prices include VAT, and the delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders

Our first meals will be dispatched from 16 November 2026. If you order before then, your order is a pre-order: we take payment when you order and send your meals as soon as they are ready, starting on that date. If anything changes, we will email you straight away, and you are always free to cancel for a full refund before your order is shipped.

When your order arrives

Once your meals are ready, we aim to post them within 2 working days, and we will email you as soon as your order is on its way. An Post usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days in Ireland and 3 to 7 working days elsewhere in the EU.

If your parcel doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please write to us at hello@sironafoods.com. We will look into it with An Post and, if it has been lost, send you a replacement or a full refund. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Customs

Orders within the European Union carry no customs charges. We don't currently deliver outside the EU.

Storing your meals

When your parcel arrives, store the pouches in a cool, dry place, following the storage guidance on the pack, and enjoy them before the best before date.
